Candlelight Yoga is a nurturing, slow paced yoga class designed to relax the mind and body using gentle stretches, deep breathing exercises, mindfulness and guided meditation. Candlelight Yoga takes place online and in the comfort of your own home. Candlelight Yoga is a perfect way to end the day and prepare for a deep, restful night's sleep. What you'll need for class: Yoga Mat Water To personalize your Candlelight Yoga class experience, consider adding the following things: A cup of warm herbal tea (chamomile is a good choice) •1- 3 blanket (s) •A pair of comfy socks •A chair (if you have trouble getting up from or down to the floor) •Low lighting or candles •Incense or essential oils to set a relaxing mood (lavender and sweet orange essential oils are known for their relaxing properties) What to Wear: Clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in is always a good choice. Pajamas would be an excellent choice for this class.

This is a beginning Pilates Mat class. If you are new to Pilates, this is a great introduction. Even if you haven't moved your body in a while, this will be a great way to start your Pilates journey.

Marketing is a wonderful thing. It helps you spread the word about your products, programs and services. It helps brand you and your business, which builds name recognition and a high trust factor both essential to sales and recurring income. Marketing helps you acquire clients and make sales. But marketing is just one component of creating and running a business. You can shoot your business future severely in the foot before it ever starts walking, simply by ignoring the bigger picture, of which marketing is strictly and simply one part. Focusing endlessly or solely on marketing is like buying a car and forgetting where you intended to go with it. It's like driving around the same block of streets, repeating your actions, not sure of which street to take next. Does learning tarot seem overwhelming with all the suits and different elements? It doesn't have to be. I'll walk you through a way in which it'll make the cards much easier to understand. It's a great way to build a deeper relationship with your cards, too. We'll break down the basic elements of tarot: minor acana, major acana, suits, numbers, etc. I'll be using the Rider-Waite deck for instruction but you can use any tarot (not oracle) deck you'd like. It is an opportunity to ask questions and to learn more about how to work with the current codes in order to create a stronger awareness in the human consciousness of how to work in alignment with the soul self.
