Some of the benefits of Qigong include reducing stress and anxiety, boosting the immune system, decreasing pain and lowering blood pressure. The practice involves slow movements with long, slow breaths. The breath techniques help to improve lung capacity over time and can reverse respiratory concerns.

The physical kriya will be a balance between challenge and relaxation. Strengthening the body to exist in vitality during stress. The meditation is for the projection that uses the neutral mind to intuit all the expected and unexpected impacts of the mental thoughts you feel now or that in the past were a part of you. It provides guidance and the way through any block is yours.
